Former top-five pick Thomas Robinson will reportedly suit up for the San
Antonio Spurs in this year’s Summer League, according to JD Shaw of Hoops
前第五順位新秀Thomas Robinson將前往聖安東尼奧準備今夏的夏季聯賽



Robinson is currently trying to get his NBA career back on track. The
28-year-old forward last played in the NBA G League for the Maine Red Claws.

Regarded as a highly touted prospect coming out of college, Robinson
struggled to fully find his place in the NBA upon entering the league.

After getting drafted fifth overall by the Sacramento Kings in 2012, the
former Kansas standout bounced around several teams throughout his initial
five-year stint in the NBA. He last played for the Los Angeles Lakers in
2016-17, and he has also suited up for the Houston Rockets, Portland Trail
Blazers, Brooklyn Nets, and Philadelphia 76ers.

After his time with the Lakers, Robinson took his talents overseason. He
spent one season with BC Khimki in the EuroLeague and played with the Beikong
Fly Dragons in the Chinese Basketball Association.

在2012年被國王隊以第五順位選中後，這位堪薩斯球員在5年內待過許多球隊，
2016-17賽季還為湖人打過球，並且也效力過火箭、拓荒者、籃網與七六人。
在離開湖人後，Robinson遠渡歐洲聯賽BC Khimki一年，接著在CBA北京控股翱龍打球

In contrast to his NBA career, Robinson was a stud in college. The 6-foot-9
power forward had an amazing junior year in Kansas, where he averaged 17.7
points and 11.9 rebounds per game. He was named Big 12 Player of the Year and
became a consensus First-Team All-American in 2012.

Teams and experts fell in love with his motor and his tenacity on the glass.
This is why many regarded him as a high lottery pick coming out of college.
This opportunity with the Spurs in the Summer League is just another step in
what could be a long road back into the NBA. Can Robinson take advantage?

與NBA的生涯不同，他是位6'9"優秀大前鋒，並在堪薩斯擁有令人驚豔的大學三年級，
平均17.7分11.9籃板。曾是Big 12年度球員，是大學公認的全美第一隊
他的機動性與韌性得到球探肯定，這是獲得樂透高順位的原因
加入馬刺夏季聯賽的機會是他踏入NBA長路的另一步，就看Robinson是否能利用了。




都沒注意到原來撿了隻曾經的潛力球員，看看能否調教看看，
過去被丟來丟去的原因似乎是除了搶籃板外進攻手段缺乏，
更重要的是防守爛...總之養養看雖然感覺不樂觀
