[問題] repeated measure

我今天讀到 repeated meausre的 假設

講義是寫

1. indepedence

2. homogeneity of variance

3. homogeneity of covariance

4. normality

後面三點我沒問題

問題在於第一點

如果受試者重複在不同的狀況下受試，那數據資料間應該事有關聯的

因為都是同一人，不是應該不能是independence嗎?

covariance matrix :

                             A  B  C

                             D  E  F

                             G  H  I

1.  A E I 都是 variance 且相等

2.  剩下的都是 covariance 且 (B=D) = (C=G) = (H=F)

請問一下，spheicity 成立時，是只要第二點成立就是shpeicity嗎??

                            還是1或2其中一個成立就可以了?

如果1,2同時成立，就是compound symmetry嗎??




matched 跟 repeated  兩者有區別嗎?? 我很容易搞混

這是我目前的理解

matched 是人為分組，將兩個條件相似的人分到控制組跟實驗組

然後比較差值，算法就用t test   ( t= 差值平均/(Sd/根號組數)


repeated 就是同一個人接受所有不同狀況的測驗

例: 一個人吃藥前的心跳 跟 同一人吃藥後的心跳

然後比較差值，算法跟matched一樣


這是課本的解釋

matched samples (often called repeated measures, when the same

subjects respond on two occasions, or related samples, correlated samples,

pairesamples, or dependent samples) and wish to perform a test on the

difference between theirtwo means.

In this case we want what is often called the matched-sample t testd

這樣看起來又好像是 matched smaple 就是 repeated meausres 只是名稱不同而以

但是看題目，似乎又是兩種方法??


不曉得可以麻煩各位幫我解惑一下嗎??

推 mosenay: matched sample應該是指僅有兩次測量的配對樣本檢定；重
→ mosenay: 複測量可以用在三次或以上；獨立是指樣本之間獨立，不是
→ mosenay: 指樣本不同次的測量之間彼此獨立
→ yhliu: Repeated measurements 是同一個體有多個測量值. "獨立性"
→ yhliu: 條件是指個體間相互獨立. 至於同一個體之多次測量, 則假設
→ yhliu: 是多變量常態, 而其共變異數矩陣, 在所有個體而言是一致的.
→ yhliu: 一對 matched sample 可視為一個個體, 而這一對 sample obs
→ yhliu: 則可視為這個個體的 repeat measures.

不過我還是不太懂matched sample的意思  還有 independence的解釋
