[問題] Interaction for P value

統計板的大家好，小弟統計太差，所以想在這裡請教大家以下的圖表。

1.上圖表最右側的P value for interaction是在講自變項彼此之間的有沒有交互作用嗎
？
以Systolic pressure的應變項來看，右邊第一個P value for interaction為0.01，是代
表說Treatment方式和Frail status，這兩項自變項有明顯的交互作用嗎？

2.右邊第二個P value for interaction為0.67。若我的理解是正解的話，那麼代表
Treatment方式和Gait speed是沒有明顯交互作用的。如果在沒有明顯交互作用的前提下
，那麼如圖表還用Gait speed來分層去分析Treatment方式的單純效果，這樣分析是有意
義的嗎？

3.上圖表中，若最右側第一個P value for interaction為0.84，其所代表的是
Treatment方式和Frail status是沒有交互作用的，那麼以Frail status分層來看不同
Status下，Treatment方式對於Primary outcome是否有統計上的意義，而有些分層有意義
(如Less fit)，有些沒有意義(如fit和Frail)，為什麼會有這樣的結果？要怎麼去解釋？
因為我在想的話，如果兩個自變項的交互作用對應變項沒有統計上顯著的影響，那麼某一
個自變項若對應變項有影響（有主效果），那麼就算此自變項被分層後，應該每一層的結
果都會顯示此自變項對應變項有影響才對，為什麼會出現如上圖表中，有一些分層有影響
，而有一些分層沒有？不知道是我的觀念那裡錯誤？

希望有人可以幫忙解答，這些問題這兩、三天一直困擾著我QQ。感謝！

→ andrew43: 2 不能說沒意義，就做得比較細而已，或是說目的就是如此
也就是說如果自變數間有交互作用，那麼就必須分層去看單純效果；那假如
沒有交互作用，為了研究的目的或興趣也可以分層去看效果，是醬子的意思
嗎？

Linear-mixed models with an unstructured covariance matrix, assuming
independence across participants, were used to model longitudinal differences
in SBP between treatment groups. Fixed effects in the model were BP at
randomization and a treatment group indicator. The time to first occurrence
of the primary composite outcome, all-cause mortality, primary composite
outcome plus all-cause mortality, SAEs, and loss to follow-up or withdrawing
consent were compared between the 2 randomized groups using Cox proportional
hazards regression models with the baseline hazard function stratified by
clinic site (participants were recruited at 100 clinics).
For the primary cardiovascular disease composite outcome, sensitivity
analyses accounting for the competing risk of death were conducted using the
subdistribution hazard model of Fine and Gray.

等比例風險假設(Proportional hazard assumption, PH assumption)是Cox model
的前提假設，我就不知道為何要如此假設。若不符合此假設，必需使用Stratified
