大家好
想請教目前在用R的內建資料庫crabs來建立對螃蟹性別的binary logistic regression
model, 但full model不收斂
用了stepwise regression,
選出了三個predictor variables
但他們的p-value也都很大
我如果使用這個model去算confusion matrix
error rate是0
上網查了一下
說如果不收斂的話 可能是perfect separation
這部分我還未完整學習過
不太知道這模型可用嗎
想請教各位大大 若遇到這種情形
這樣的error rate是否正常
有什麼應該再做的嗎
