各位版友好，在BMJ上看到一篇漏斗圖的文章，大致了解漏斗圖的使用和限制。
但仍有幾點不清楚的地方想請教各位版友。
內文中有提到此三角形面積的計算：
The outer dashed lines indicate the triangular region within which 95% of stud
ies are expected to lie in the absence of both biases and heterogeneity ( fixe
d effect summary log odds ratio+-1.96*standard error of summary log odds ratio
).
1. 我對公式理解是將所有研究以fixed effect的方式計算merge後的點估計值並算出信賴
區間，不知道是否正確？
2. 意義為就納入研究的總效果量算出一個有95%研究可能座落的範圍？
3.若出現於三角形外的點研究，應該如何解釋呢？（一般的funnel plot；不是Counter e
nhanced funnel plots）
因上網查了不少資料也看了Cochrane對漏斗圖的解釋，但似乎都沒提到這點，所以上來請
教各位版友，先感謝各位大神了！ （跪）
