我剛剛也退款成功了
HB客服速度超快，填單1個多小時就收到回覆
幫我處理退款了，key都還在

先說明我是怎麼買Total War Bundle的
使用郵局VISA卡 + PayPal
一開始只刷1鎂，後來才補BTA
所以才分2筆退款

f寫的超好，反觀我就寫得很零零落落XD
不過也收到退款了，所以分享一下我的申請流程

=====申請流程=====
1. 去這個網頁開新的ticket
https://support.humblebundle.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

2. 一開始會有這樣的頁面

Your email address ← 這個填你希望收到回覆的信箱
可以跟登入HB的信箱不同

Subject ← 這個是主旨，就是說你這個ticket想幹嘛
F大填  Total War Bundle: Region Restricted Keys for Taiwan
我是填 request a refund
自由發揮~

Message ← 這個是內文，就是F大打的那篇的主要內容啦
我自己是寫得很簡略，直接貼上F大上一篇客服的最新通知
再加幾句敘述，在此向F大鳴謝！

內容大概是這樣

再來最後面 Request type 選 refund
應該也是可以選 Bundles/Games

3. 選完 refund 後會出現新的欄位

Account email address ← 這邊的email要填你登入HB用的信箱

Transaction IDs ← 這裡HB有教學，直接刷卡或是掛PP刷都有
請參閱: http://j.mp/transactionID
要注意不是PP的Transaction ID喔
是HB的Transaction ID
就是HB教學裡面  綠色框 那個
如果你找到的是"X"開頭的一串號碼，那就對了

Product names ← 這邊填你買了什麼東西
就是填 Humble Total War Bundle
然後加個購買日期  ex. September 15, 2015

Refund reason ← 寫退款原因
我是寫: Can't redeem product code due to region restrictions.

Attachments 這個是附件，我沒有加

這樣就結束啦，按下 submit 即可
等候HB客服的回覆

4. 送出之後，email會收到這樣的一封確認信

: 由於我不確定 Humble 會不會對所有台灣客戶採行「退款送序號」的政策
: 所以上面這封信是提供給想保留序號的版友採用
: 如果不在意序號，無論如何都要取得退款
: 可以在第二段改用更強硬的措辭
: 例如把「to inquire whether I can enjoy the same benefit and get a refund as
: well」改成「I want to ask for a refund」
: 至於下面的 Request Type 欄，則可自由選擇「Bundles/Games」或「Refund」(只想要退

推 ctes940008: 請問你是寫加值的交易序號還是一美的交易序號？
交易序號只有1鎂那個才有，補BTA那個沒有
所以我就填買1鎂給的那個～

是X開頭，HB教學網頁綠色框那個~
