這則新聞出來後美股夜盤台積大漲，而台股開盤台積才小漲幾塊，再看到現在美股開盤台
積直接噴10%

感到非常疑惑？究竟是台股反應太慢還是另有其它原因，想請問是否有人能幫忙解惑
