Revenue of $864.4M (+73.0% Y/Y) beats by $3.65M.
Adjusted EBITDA for Q3 2021 was $67.3 million, marking the Company’s second
consecutive quarterly Adjusted EBITDA profit.
Active riders were 18.94M vs. 13.5M in prior quarter.
Revenue per active rider was $45.63 vs. $45.13 prior.
Cash and equivalents totaled $2.4B at the end of the quarter.
Lyft公佈2021財年第三季度財報。
季度營收為8.644億美元，與去年同期的4.997億美元相比增長73%，
與上一季度的7.650億美元相比增長13%；
淨虧損為7150萬美元。
去年同期的淨虧損4.595億美元和上一季度的淨虧損2.519億美元相比均大幅收窄。

"We had a great quarter," Lyft CEO Logan Green said in a statement. "Driver
supply materially improved in Q3, up nearly 45% versus last year, reflecting
strong new driver trends."

Lyft CFO Brian Roberts added that the company had record revenue per active
rider as ride frequency increased. He said they were successful adding more
drivers and supply issues should ease. "We anticipate our service levels will
naturally improve in Q4 and lead to lower prices," Roberts said.

Lyft reported 18.9 million active riders in the quarter, up 51.4% from a year
ago, and ahead of the 17.1 million reported in the June quarter. Revenue per
active rider was $45.63, up 14.2% from a year ago, and $1 above the June
quarter level.
