1. 自介：Bliss English Club is a wonderful and cool place running since 1997
where you can learn English, make friends and have fun.
2. 對象：People who are interested in English.
3. 目標：Using English to learn about the world.

5. 地點：台北市民族西路33號4樓or5樓，圓山捷運站1號出口直走,
步行約3分鐘, 民族西路與玉門街交叉口的白色建築物.
(進入樹樂集餐廳裡, 現場會有指示在4樓還是5樓聚會)
6. 時間：Almost every Saturday 14:30~17:30
7. 方式：We speak English during meeting time.
(Of course, out of the meeting at dinner time, we speak Chinese)
A meeting could be any form that designed by the host: group
discussion, writing, watching movies, games, debate, personal
presentation,etc.
It's fun because we can always learn from others' expertise and
experiences during all kinds of meeting.

Meeting Overview
Diana, a city-planning expert, proceeded the meeting as smoothly and
efficiently as scheduled. We watched videos, discussed the current innovative
ideas of community/city formation, reflected on ours, finally started to
blue-print our ideal ones, and presented them.

From them, we understood a community would be shaped by its residents
gradually and naturally, not by governments or architects only.
How Taipei City formed
By exploring the past, the incumbent population and features in each district
of Taipei, we know better Taipei also has experienced the same process as the
other cities or communities in the world.
Our ideal Community or City
Time changes everything!!! But every community starts with an idea or
consensus. Using color paper individually representing “road”, “
residential area”, “commercial area”, “educational area”, “parks”, “
parking lots”, “Square”, we made our ideal community planning , proudly
presented and explained them.
Reflections
Thank Diana and all the participants for the efforts and sharing, from which
we fulfilled the saying “Rome is not built in one day.” We also agreed that
it is not the infrastructure but most importantly, the residents, their
interaction and life styles that count. Therefore, “Community or City
Formation” is everyone’s business!!!
