average English ability is able to pass TOEIC:900, TOEFL: 100
2. 對象：全程以英文進行，歡迎任何能用英文講3分鐘，並且對用英文演說、辯論與
討論時事有興趣的朋友加入
3. 目標：為了增進英文口與能力，本讀書會將以演講和辯論方式進行。
Initiatives: improve English speaking skills through presentation, debate, and
feedbacks
4. 原因: 希望藉由演講及辯論訓練快速英文思考和表達能力
5. 地點：La Bon Coffee (信義區忠孝東路五段71巷9號)
6. 時間：每週四 19:30-21:30 下次聚會:2/23
7. 方式：第一小時演講，第二小時辯論
8. 範圍：19:20-19:30 Ice breaking
19:40-20:20 presentation (two groups)
20:30-21:30 debate (topics: news, business, social science...)
9. 人數限制：4-6人
10.解散條件：成員低於3人
11. 運作規則:
1. Show up *3 times absence(w/o notification) makes you disqualified.
2. Prepare the topic/speech by reading related materials
3. Be willing to discuss various topics including news, social issues (such
as abortion and pension), science, job interviews, books, social media,
and more lively issues.
4. Please provide a brief introduction about your English ability and your
motivation to join us.
