I work in logistics field for many years.
Reading and writing in Eng are the basic abilities when work.
However, I usually feel anxious while speaking Eng.
It's my barrier to speaking well at present.
That's why I want to find some partners to train and inspire each other.

Please read below rules carefully before you apply for the practice parnter.
To comply with the rules is necessary.
A.
Practice frequncy: Twice a week.
at 21:00-21:30 (or 21:40 elastic)
every Mon, Thu
**** We may discuss the regular weekdays once you are in the group. ****
* Members in this group: 4-5 people.
* Host must control the meeting to avoid the overtime. It would impact
others' time planning.
* Each one will be the host about 1 time during two weeks.
B.
Everyone will take turn to be the host. Being a host, you need to figure
out the subject and discussion content.
* If you won't show up that day when you are the host, you must advise group
partners of it. The notice must be supplied your host day before. It's around
24 hours counter. Then exchange the turn with the next one.
For example:
It's Charlies's turn to be the host on Thu, then he advise us of being
absense at 1900 on Wed.
Next one is Mike. Mike is the host on Thu. Charlie is the host after Mike.
C.
The host must supply the links the day before. Then partners have time to
preview it before attending the meeting.
* There is no limit about the materials. You may pick up either videos or
articles from websites like TED, CNN News or others you used to having it.
Topics degree are selected from Easy to Medium.
* During the meeting, host must give a summary, questions to lead the
disccusion or any vocabulary application from the materials. Partners have
obligation to follow up the host's instruction.
D.
During the meeting, everyone has 2-3 mins to share your own life. The host
must control the time to avoid the delay of main topic disccusion.
E.
Finally, host and partners all have rights to take a break. However, your
participation frequency usually expresses your learning motivation. Also, if
you have few interactions with others, I really don't know your willing and
thoughts about the practice group. So, if you apply for absence too many times
,
you no longer belong to the group. We'll invite another suitable one into the
group.
