 5.申請原因：
               由Gamesale版上使用者提出檢舉，popstan在水桶後，以cht0923帳號
               發表買賣文章，違反Gamesale板板規11，由於兩位有IP相同的情形，
               也有過發表相同販售物的狀況，經當事人提出要求，提出多重帳號查
               查詢，由帳號部判定是否為多重帳號/共用帳號之情況。
