Two-year-old Aida is being treated for severe malnutrition after a
UNICEF-supported health
screening in River Nile, Sudan. Her mother Malaz was referred to a nearby
health facility where she received ready-to-usetherapeutic food, a
nutrient-rich paste packed with vitamins and minerals. The ongoing war in
Sudan is pushing the country towards a famine and catastrophic loss of life.
Children need humanitarian help now.
