我是考August,6 2016 在高雄Ｘ宇考場的考生
考試當天才發現我的First name 跟 Last Name打錯位置
我也是完全無法相信自己會犯這種錯誤！
而且在Ｘ宇考試的考生只有我一個人犯這種錯誤
其他人似乎都是該補習班的學生（我是自習）
導致我就像個白癡一樣讓大家內心ＯＳ：怎麼會有人這麼蠢？
幸好工作人員還是讓我進去考
並且說考完之後會給我一組電話號碼要打去馬來西亞說要更改等等的...
於是乎我就傻傻的等到August 8,2016星期一才打電話去問
打這通國際電話就是石沈大海的意思
光聽完前面的電腦錄音解說大概就要花掉30塊電話費
再加上後面响了快2分鐘的電話
這通電話花了我65塊NTD啊嗚嗚嗚嗚嗚（幸好是用換外幣時送的電話卡）
然後還沒接通這樣＝＝....
於是乎我再上來溫暖的PTT看是否有大家的經驗
的確精華版都是幾年前的文章
然後我就copy了Miichael大大的mail, 再略改一下成我自己的狀況
內容如下（台灣時間August 9, 2016 約10:00 AM）

When I was checking for the test, the employee of ETS said that

最後心得：
早上去看我的帳號時, 名字已經改過去了
如果發生這樣的狀況, 可以在當天先寫信給toefl, 通常處理時間是兩個工作天
如果真的沒回信的話再打電話, 不然電話費很貴滴
不知道為何補習班的人要我打電話QQ...（可能是ＳＯＰ？）
因為沒接通又要花65塊錢真的很心痛
而且如果一直沒接通不就要一直打電話？？
