大家好，我是SK2 TOEFL 衝刺班的口說顧問David 。
今天和同學來分享幾題口說獨立題的難題，怎樣的理由合理、不離題？
離題是許多同學使用模板、萬用例子最常出現的問題，使得聽的人容易一頭
霧水，得不到口說高分。來看看你有沒有這樣的問題：
61. Agree or disagree? Assignments handed in after the deadline
should receive a lower score.
I agree.
This is because students care about academic performance, and if
there’s this rule, students will strive for better grades.
沒問題，很清楚地告知聽者「學生在乎什麼」，「做這件事情會帶來怎樣的
後果」。
84. Do you agree or disagree? Zoos are more useful than harmful to
animals.
I agree.
This is because useful for animals means animals can be protected,
and the zoos can protect various kinds of animals.
沒問題，很清楚地定義了何謂”useful”，以及zoos 能否滿足我們前述對
於useful 的定義，因此我們「同意」。
90. Do you agree or disagree? The purpose of art is to guide us in
our lives.
I agree.
This is because to guide means to make us have less stress,
and art can make us feel less stressed.
可以，但是make us have less stress 略怪，感覺話說一半，可以補上 so
we can move on in life，
後半則有清楚連回art ，說明art 能否滿足我們前述對於guide 的定義，因
此我們「同意」。
This is because creativity guides us in our lives, and arts
inspires creativity.
沒問題，很清楚地定義了「什麼」會guide 我們，以及art 能否提供前述能
夠guide 我們的東西，
因此我們「同意」。
再來，因為這個句子相對較短，可以留更多的時間做例子發展，推薦。

不讓你離題，還讓你有速度；你才有時間接著想例子要說什麼，開口後不會
卡住。當你的回答有說服力，回答也不卡卡，才有機會口說高分。
