推 exempt      : A merged with B    A跟B合併
→ exempt      : A and B merged. A、B 兩者合併
→ exempt      :  以上是merge 當不及物動詞的用法
→ exempt      : C merge A and B. C把 A跟B合併
推 exempt      : 上面是merge 當及物動詞的用法
→ exempt      : acquire 是及物動詞。表示(大公司)併購(小公司)
