標題[討論] Wasn't ,hasn't, didn't等 聽力測試

各位朋友好,目前小弟遇到聽力上的一些瓶頸.
像 wasn't ,weren't ,hasn't, haven't ,didn't ,等等這些用於toeic的考試中
常常講得非常快,稍為沒有注意根本聽不出來 wasn't 跟 was的差別...其他以此類推.
不知道有什麼技巧 可以增進這幾個否定用語的聽力敏感度?謝謝
