疑問：(A)would open (B)will open
假設語氣都會卡關 這題答案為A 想請問B為什麼不行 非得假設語態?

new policy -------.
(A)was decided (B)will be deciding (C)had decided (D)will have been decided
疑問: 本來想選C 但是少了個been覺得怪怪的 答案為D, By the time不是before的意
思嗎? 這樣的話A應該也可以吧? 在Greenfield先生從他的商旅回來之前 公司新政策就
已經被決定.
