[題目] 及物動詞與不及物動詞

書上說mention 是及物動詞，所以後面不用加介系詞，可是題目裡面有to

→ a0308216    : 應該可以改成:The chief of security mentioned tha
→ a0308216    : t...
→ a0308216    : "to all staff"忽略 這樣應該就懂了
→ dunchee     : 這變化自mention的這用法:  mention something to
→ dunchee     : somebody
→ dunchee     : http://www.ldoceonline.com/dictionary/mention_1
→ dunchee     : that子句整個（所提的事）就是那個"something"，但
→ dunchee     : 是因為太長了，所以that子句整個移到後頭，變成
→ dunchee     : mention to somebody [.... something ....]
