基本上，只要看到who(m)，後面接的句子就要缺少S、O或C；不論是做關代或是疑問詞都
是如此。

Ex. Who is that woman?
少補語

Ex. Do you know who did this?
少主詞

所以原PO句子對的只有一個：
I don't know who the man standing outside is.
少補語

至於standing哪來的？

不妨這樣看：

I don't know [who the man (who is) standing outside is].

中括弧當名詞子句
小括弧就是關代省略
