疑問：請問為甚麼是A而不是C

題型應該屬於假設語氣，與現在事實相反
所以我選了C，不知那裡出了問題，煩請各位解惑謝謝

→ linchangray : 更正一下 there had not been...
推 ihateher    : there WAS，是過反不是現反。
推 miniJC      : 選c的話，後ㄧ句應該用is而不是was吧？
