[題目] with的用法

可我還是不懂的是

我知道介系詞後面只能接動名詞或名詞 也不能接句子

那with後面接"world's population continuing" 這不是句子嗎?

主詞+不及物動詞阿=句子不是嗎...

還是我完全搞錯了?
