根據Oxford Dictionary，detailed跟detailing的差異如以下：
1. detailed: adj. having many details or facts, showing attention to detail
意思大概就是：詳細的
2. detailing: n. small, decorative features on a buliding, garment, or work of
art
意思大概就是：細部裝飾
因為詞性不一樣，答案分析就不用討論(D)。
不過簡單來說可以從字根觀念來看detail：de-表示「徹底」，tail意思是「裁減」。
把東西整個都裁減，表示裁切結果會很細緻，表示「細節」。
大概就是這樣。
