[題目] if not better than

   Hi every body~

   I wrote TOEIC exam and have some questions about it,

   "The manager reported that orange juice
    sells just as well as, if not better than,
    coffee in the morning." in this sentence
    I don't realize what does it mean " if not better than"?
    and how to translate it to Chinese?
