[題目] 關係子句與先行詞以及時態的一致性

疑問：

本題書上正解給A, 因為accountant為"人"故關代用who, 但是,

先行詞在這個地方為何不能解為"Cornerstone Inc."而使用which ?

在限定用法當中(沒逗點), 先行詞不是"一定要"在關代前方嗎 ?
