疑問：答案是A。
　　　覺得這裡寫resources是指Keal提供了這種課程資源，後面又說"need to"(必須)
      提升員工層次好像怪怪的，並不是因為Keal提供資源而促使必須提升員工層次的
      這件事情發生阿> <?
      答案選B的話能解讀為: "Keal提供解讀跟解釋來說明為什麼必須提升員工"嗎?
      這樣解釋好像比較順...
