疑問有二，如下
1. 是因為前後主詞相同所以用D嗎？毫無頭緒，翻了大全跟怪物講師也不知道算哪個文法
2. 為何句中的but前後都要用逗點隔開，剛好看到覺得奇怪，順便問一下
