關副後所接的形容詞字句是完整的，但小弟看到一題

Marriage is a workshop where the husband works and the wife shops 確是對的

想問where 後面子句少了受詞O，為什麼還正確呢？


第二題  關代
The reason which he explained is obscure

which後面的結構和詞性一直搞不懂  感覺是名詞子句（？

還請前輩求解
