[題目] 關於those who

各位高手同學們好
最近看到一題：
___ interested in viewing an apartment should contact the property manager to
arrange an appointment.

選項有this,that,these,those,答案是those.

印相中聽老師說空白處原文是those people who are

查了一下this,that因為後面people不是單數所以刪掉可以理解..那為什麼不是these,我
看有人說因為當下manager看不到那些people所以用those(估狗到一個越南？的討論區有
人在問這題),但我覺得用these或those不是應該以發話者的角度決定嗎？

另有少數文法教學的網站有寫Those who的用法，不過還是想問問看大家怎麼看這題@@
