疑問：很明顯可以馬上刪除(B)(D)，也很直覺得會選擇(B)不定詞，可是
      不懂為什麼(A)動名詞 不行?? 希望大大能解析出原因，如果有例句的話更好


頁數 : P228 第104題

題目 : Employees who believe they are eligible sould let their managers
       know ______ they would like to apply for a pay raise.
       (A) that
       (B) how
       (C) if
       (D) who

疑問 : (B)(D)刪掉，解答是給(C)，但文法上(A)(C)應該都可以，但是用句意去分析，
        我也解不出來到底(A)為什麼不行，囧 感謝大大
