實際上句意為: The information on some health concerns has been so little that
it is difficult for the .....
意思是: 某些健康事務的資訊數量如此貧乏以致於影響個人是否要就醫的判斷力。
所以我不認為 so little information是主詞，information本身才是。little只是補語。
