看到suggested使用過去式，所以我也很直覺的在that後面的子句也選A過去式。
答案為C，有人能解釋的更為詳細嗎？

如果句子形式為 He insisted that ...... He told me that .... 是否that的後面的
動詞要用過去式呢？
