[題目] 網路上找到的題目求解

大家好，我是多益新手，在網路上看到題庫，裡面有一題不是很懂，請各高手幫幫忙，

題目：Many clients have requested that we _____ the products in accordance with the
      conditions listed on the order.

      (A) packed
      (B) pack
      (C) packing
      (D) have packed

疑問：答案是B，我的問題是，這句子裡已經有動詞Have了，
      為什麼子句內的動詞是用原型動詞而不是Packing?
