答案：A
疑問：B.D不討論,其實就整篇文章來看C的解釋也不是完全不能選擇，確實已經因降雨量
導致災難性的發生，偶爾會有即使看完解析的翻譯還是覺得會有一個以上的答案可以代入
，會有「雖然文章沒有寫出這個答案的部分，但綜合其他因素的話這個答案也是正確的吧
？」的感覺。

還是我太會聯想了QQ?
