[題目] 2013疾天閱讀第七回192題

小弟用的是「疾天-挑戰新多益閱讀滿分」2013年7月 想請問第七回的第192題。
答案正解（B):Noise on Sundays

小弟好奇的是在第一封信件中提到：
While you have been generous enough to give your workers Sundays off, we in th
e neighborhood have been woken up by the sound of loud truck engines at times
as 6:30a.m., and have had yell at our dinner table over the sound of jackhamme
rs and cranes.


而192題題目問何者沒被提到，請問這段文字會不會與192題的答案衝突？
