疑問：解答的翻譯為 雇用委員會決定了/要雇用/100位以上新進職員/為了今年
充滿前瞻的專案。答案為C，我想請教為什麼不是B 完成式 是因為committee這時
應該當複數使用嗎?或是有什麼其他的原因
