自從1950年代以來,命名熱帶風暴與颶風有助於明確的交流
在最近幾年TWC(*註)命名冬季風暴也許用了類似的意圖來引起人們的重視
你會問"那為啥我們不也命名ENSO事件?". 好問題!
從今年開始我建議我們開始命名它們.
由於我覺得我們應該有一個主題的名稱，主題應該是動作片明星，
我在此指定2015-2016厄爾尼諾事件為布魯斯李[李小龍]

雖然對新英格蘭人很有幫助,但是記者出外景與使用比好萊屋還酷的3D讓
囧司徒拿來黑了一臉
即使2015-2016的ENSO真的像怪獸,有些人認為這怪獸推不走盤據美西的高氣壓
