美美冰品果汁部成立於1964年，創業的時候名為夜市西瓜大王，
在新營第二市場的夜市擺攤做生意。在1988年時隨著夜市沒落，
邊遷到了中正路的現址，並改名為美美冰果部，2000年時又改名為美美冰品果汁部。
提供的餐點是刨冰與果汁系列，主要的客群為新營在地人以及市府民治行政中心的員工

內用空間不算大，包括外面有幾張桌子，大概只能容納20個人左右。
而店內的配色相當鮮豔，與美美冰果部的主題互相呼應

菜單，分為刨冰、雪綿冰、果汁、嫩仙草、原汁＆多多、水果切盤、其他冷飲

菜單上比較特別的是綜合系列，簡單的來說就是四種料的刨冰。
點刨冰時的糖水分為紅糖與黑糖，而黑糖的價錢比較貴一些

花生牛奶雪綿冰 NT. 40，在香蕉冰上先淋了煉乳，然後撒上花生粒

這些花生可不是冰料的常見花生仁，
而是硬梆梆的熟花生粒，吃起來脆脆的而且香氣很重

綜合九（黑糖）NT. 40，糖水顏色看起來比較深，應該是常說的黑砂糖刨冰

吃起來糖的味道比較重，略帶點苦味

冰料的部分有杏仁、仙草與愛玉，原本的珍珠沒有了，所以改成粉粿

紅糖八寶冰 NT. 45，使用了紅糖水的刨冰，看起來應該就是一般常見的二砂糖水

吃起來的味道比較甜，蔗糖味也較淡

綠豆牛奶雪綿冰+布丁 NT.60，本來以為價目表上的紅豆牛奶雪綿冰可以換成綠豆，
但店家說那是特價品，想換成綠豆就必須點綠豆牛奶雪綿冰（大） NT. 45+
布丁 NT. 15，所以是60元
