 長時間以來因為工作關係，肩頸跟腰部痠痛還有駝背的狀況一直困擾我，再加上工作需
要長時間久坐用電腦，幾年下來發現自己開始出現手麻以及駝背的現象，跟朋友聊天說他
的腰痛及肩頸是" 江夏傳統整復推拿-永康館" 處理好的，調理的體驗很好!所以就找了一
天先預約來試看看!!
 一進到店內，就感受到的是很舒服的氛圍，館長跟助理小姐也都很親切，就像自己朋友
這樣的跟你聊天，讓我原本很緊張的心情放鬆很多。 館長會先尋找我的痠痛根源從何而
來，館長檢查時發現我的骨頭位置不對，所以我才會一直有腰痠背痛的感覺。檢查完會先
進行鬆筋，讓筋絡得到放鬆，調整的時候會比較好處理，鬆筋大約是 10 分鐘左右，接下
來開始進行調整，江夏調理的方式是以氣功內勁調理的方式進行，這樣的手法真的是第一
次碰到，整個調理的時間 包含鬆筋大約是 20~30 分鐘，原本想說會不會很痛，真的認真
說完全不痛啊!很怕痛的人滿推薦來試試看的。
 館長建議因為肌肉慣性的關係，再繼續調整會更好，我也乖乖地按照預約的時間來調整
，身體不舒服的地方，尤其手麻的部分，改善超級多喔!!這邊能調理的項目很多，脊椎側
彎.坐骨神經痛.五十肩.肩頸痠痛.四肢問題...等都能調理，我自己覺得非常的棒，真心
推薦給大家。
  整復前準備：衣著需輕便，且身上無硬塊異物的衣物，例如：有些牛仔褲有很多硬塊，
對於坐骨之整復有極大之不方便，當然最好也不要穿裙子。
  然後需帶著輕鬆的心情，並想好該如何表達自己的痠痛及不舒服，還有可能造成此症狀
的原因，如果只是想保養身體，也可以告知整復師。
