由於工作上或家中等你處理的事情太多，
你可能會選擇拒絕私人的娛樂時間和愉悅的放縱。
對你而言，工作與對他人負責的責任感總是被放在第一位。
不過，你仍需要認知到這點：
為了成為你理想中的樣子，你需要栽培你自己。
將這件事當作今日(以及往後的每個日子)的重點，
去做一些不為別人，而是單純為了你自己的事。
那不一定要是件大事；
只要能夠照顧到你，如同你照顧其他人就行。
You may choose to deny yourself the pleasure of some personal time and some
happy indulgences because you have so much on your plate at work or at home.
