排練演說是必須的，它會幫助演講者不光是流利字搞，
內容講起來會更自在和有信心，但是過度排練可能會有反效果。
觀眾的吸收狀況也是你的演說過程之一，
所以反覆機械式地東西可能無法讓聽眾感到真誠或得到觀眾回應。
金牛，有些東西需要展現出來。
好好地學並預想自己可以演出成功，
這將能創造對目標的成功念想。

Rehearsing a speech is necessary and will help the speaker not only know the
words, but feel comfortable and confident speaking them. But over-rehearsing
could be counter-productive. A fair amount of reading your audience must go
into your presentation, so going over and over and over the same thing can
result in a performance that does not seem genuine or responsive to those who
