某個在你生活中的人似乎想要以某些方式操控你。
這個人試圖要打亂你的方向或是選擇。
或者，他們可能試著要讓你同意某件事，
或是要你去改變自己的某些東西。
或者是你的觀感。
但如果這個人已經在試著要操控你，
你需要評估原因而不光是反應而已。
這樣的行為通常來自操控者的沒自信。
把這樣的考量放入你應對這個人的思考中。

It may seem that someone in your life is trying to control you in some way.
This person may be trying to steer you in a certain direction with a choice.
Or, they may be trying to make you agree to something or make you change
something about yourself. Or at least this is your perception. But even if
this person is trying to manipulate or control you, you need to assess the
reason rather than just reacting. This type of behavior often comes from a
sense of inadequacy on the controller's part. Consider this as you move
to deal with this person.
