妳可能會覺得某些人、事、物特別讓妳感到失望，尤其是當它們對你而言具有

或許他們是一群忌妒者，並試圖製造一些障礙給妳，而這些障礙彷彿像無窮盡
的麻煩一般，永遠處理不完。

某些默默在角落支持妳的人。
如果妳需要幫助，儘管去尋找那些在乎妳的人。
只要知道還有那麼一群人會幫助妳，就會讓一切大大不同。

註1:呣們往往害怕打擾他人而不尋求協助，但真的有需要儘管開口，妳並不孤單。
註2:「has your back」有一通俗說法是「got your 6」，試想6跟12的鐘點關係:
