認同對你來說非常重要，呣呣~這同時也是多數人在社會上所在乎的事情。
但有時候你會偽裝自己，因為你不想去接受真正的自己。
儘管每個人在世上都曾有拒絕接受自己的經驗，但過度否定自己並不是一個好的選項。
若你對自己有高度的自信面對即將到來的交流，那麼你將會留下最佳的印象在他人心中。
註:他人的認同偶爾會變成自己在社會上存在的價值、意義，也因此許多人會藉由偽裝自己
來達成想要的認同。但一味的偽裝自己有時會迷失自我，讓自己變成一個缺乏自信的人。
由於你的自信多半來自外在，換句話說便是你「不夠了解自己」。試著學會了解自己，並
不要害怕展現真實的自己，你的存在會更加真實、具體，同時你也會更有自信。

you truly are.
Although everyone in the world has experienced rejection at some time or another
in their life , pretending to be someone you are not is not the answer.
