當你沒有適當處理時，即便是單純的事情也可能演變成複雜的狀況。
如果妳發現事情正慢慢朝著苛刻、躁進的方向發展時，請記得適時轉換主題，甚至直白地
說你想要平穩的談這件事。
若事情處在混亂、躁動的情緒時，你是無法將其完成的。
註:不論開會、談公事必然會遇到意見不合的狀況，意見不合可能成為導火線，讓一些簡單
的事情變得複雜。此時不妨先將大家的注意轉到其他方向，或是直白地請大家先冷靜些。
雖然可能會變成眾矢之的，但若你的初衷是善意的，那麼他人必定會理解你的用心。
