你在某個團體內扮演的角色似乎不怎麼被重視，呣呣~
或許你覺得多數人沒有認真聽你的看法，或是你的見解一直被其他聲音蓋過。
又或者這團體的價值觀或行事觀念與你大相逕庭。
但這並不代表你在這團體已無存在價值，相反地，這正是你弄清楚某些事情的好時機。
若某些內部狀況需要改變或轉型，那麼現在正是好時機。
若你認為團體內的狀況已不能滿足自己的方向，那麼這也是個轉換路線的好時機。
註:
在團體內，每個人都各司其職，為共同目標、方向努力扮演著自己的角色。但團體的組成
乃源於多數人最初共同的目標。
若今天該團體的方向與你的初衷不同，不必遷就自己在不滿意的環境中。
這裡指的不只是工作，朋友交際圈更是如此。
妳可以先觀察團體內的運作，真的不適合就不要勉強自己，慢慢淡出這個圈子即可。
不必害怕與他人交惡，因為委屈自己在沒有共識的地方更讓人難受。
