仕事の要件：
 - 英語と日本語の文章力が優れています。
 - リクルート、C＆B、業績管理、従業員関係のシステムと運用に精通している。

実務経験：
5年以上
学問要件：
大学、碩士
部門要件：
日本の関連部門、経済・社会・心理学、ビジネス・マネジメント

Position: HR Manager

Job Description:

- Develop, update and implement HR policies, procedures and system to support business strategy & growth.
- Communicate the share value across department and deliver professional service on recruitment, C&B, performance development and employee engagement.
- Maintain efficient & flexible HR operation system.
- Payroll & Taxation related process.
- HR administration overall management.

Require:
- Good command of English & Japanese both in writing & speaking.
- Familiar with Recruit、C&B、performance management and employee relations' systems & operation.
- Well known of Taiwan Labor law and statutory legislation.
- Ability to establish positive、learning and encouraging corporate culture.

Language:
- English - proficient
- Japanese - proficient
- Chinese - proficient

Salary: 1.2M - 1.5M/annum
