小弟有幸收到杜邦Technical Engineer這個職缺

想問版上的大大這個職缺如何
還有杜邦目前的薪資狀況

‧      Lead technical efforts on new product development, evaluation, qualification, yield, quality, and safety improvement.
‧      Continue improvement on product quality/yield and process safety
‧      Engage site PSM activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
‧      Works closely with product development and manufacturing teams to define improvement goals (safety, asset productivity, and quality)
‧      Provide technical support to solve customers’ quality complaints and issues.

‧      MS or BS in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science related background.
‧      5+ years FPCB or engineering field experience.
‧      Strong problem-solving skills to handle technical and quality issues.
‧      Good English communication capability.
‧      Experienced in a polymer coating, filtration, web handling, slitting manufacturing process will be a plus.
