1. Head of Product 月薪 160k+ 台幣
[工作內容 / 應徵條件]
【Responsibilities】
‧Works with management team to understand company vision and
formulate product(s) strategy, roadmaps and product lifecycles.
‧Engage customer to develop/refine portfolio strategy, influence
customer and industry direction, and execute strategy.
‧Oversees Product Managers, deployment resources and the UI/UX
team, responsible for hiring, firing and performance appraisals.
‧Leverage experience to identify actual or potential strategic
issues and develop strategies to mitigate.
‧Responsible for creating strong working relationships and
influence across leadership, product management, sales, marketing,
engineering, and other functional groups to execute product strategy.
‧Balances user needs with business goals, questioning and validating
assumptions and ensuring budgets are met and ROI is calculated and delivered.
‧Maintains a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the
company and leverages that knowledge to develop strategies for growth.
‧Identifying and filling product gaps, determining and documenting
feature requirements
【About The Person】
‧At least 8 years of experience in the field of software, eCommerce,
web application or product management
‧At least 5 years of leadership experience in a software environment.
‧Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
‧Very good communication skills in the Cantonese, English,
Mandarin languages in order to communicate with management and colleagues
‧Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
‧You are a leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow
‧High level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams
‧Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
‧Economic sciences, engineering or technician training with additional
training in business administration is a big plus
