科技英文寫作  越簡潔越好  simple and clear絕對是最高準則

* 如果是軟體的按按鈕  霸托霸托  請用click(ed)

後話:

作為一個工程師  最後一定要加上Attached are the settings blah blah blah

然後一定要忘記夾帶檔案  這樣才是合格的工程師

hit是用在按機器上的按鈕  但細分的話  其實是用press

hit本身的意思是"需要力量的"  只有少數的工業機器的按鈕會需要hit

現今的電器產品操作  比如電腦開機這種  都是用press(給點壓力)

美國有個很偏的笑話  hit鍵盤按鍵 = 機械鍵盤  press = 非機械鍵盤

在非機械鍵盤上按按鍵  只有Enter這個鍵有資格用hit

其實我覺得沒甚麼笑點  但他確實是個笑話。。。

另外press還可以特別用於需要長壓的  比如按5秒重開機  這個就是press

不過無所謂  hit跟press還是可以交錯使用  雖然hit確實比較少見  但沒甚麼問題

軟體的按按鈕  就沒有例外  就是用click  其他都不太正確
